Attached are the calling notice and supporting documents. Your attention is drawn to the fact that we need a quorum of 13 to ensure we have a Council in place, particularly a Secretary to replace Morris Felton who is ‘hors de combat’. You are able to nominate a proxy if you are unable to attend, details are in the supporting documents.
A five-person Council is being proposed. If you wish to put yourself forward in addition or instead of the proposed Council please contact Chris Nash (chairman@defencesurveyors.org.uk). If you wish to add anything for discussion in AoB, please let Chris know so Council can prepare a reasoned response.
